Tražimo pojačanje tima – “Youth advisor”

Naša kancelarija u Novom Sadu traži pojačanje – omladinskog savetnika/cu međunarodne omladinske organizacije Kolping Youth Europe. Konkurs je napisan na engleskom jeziku, te molimo zainteresovane da svoj CV, kao i propratno pismo pošalju na engleskom jeziku na e-mail adresu office@kolping.rs. YOUTH ADVISOR OF KOLPING YOUTH EUROPE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
(responsibilities will be shared between both youth advisors)

1. Support the organisation of events of Kolping Youth Europe, such as
   1. The annual European Youth Week
   2. The annual Membership Meeting
   3. The development of new digital offers (conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation)
   4. Other educational projects and events that are developed in cooperation with the board of Kolping Youth Europe and/or based on decisions of the Membership Meeting

2. Support the public relations activities of Kolping Youth Europe, such as
   1. Website
   2. Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
   3. Newsletter

3. Facilitate the international organization of Kolping Youth Europe
   1. Support the organization of monthly board meetings (e.g. documentation)
   2. Write funding proposals in cooperation with the board of Kolping Youth Europe (e.g. Erasmus+ or Renovabis)
   3. Effective and reliable handling of projects (including project documentation and financial reports for internal archive and donors)
   4. Preparation of a financial report for the Membership Meeting
   5. Development and maintenance of a digital archive

4. Support the cooperation of Kolping Youth Europe in an international network
   1. Cooperation with international organisations such as Kolping International, Kolping Europa and the COMECE Youth Platform
   2. Cooperation with the National Kolping Societies in Europe

5. Close cooperation with the board of Kolping Youth Europe
   1. Transparent way of working with regards to all responsibilities
   2. Supporting the board of Kolping Youth Europe with other tasks, if needed

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Required

• Experience in youth work with volunteers, including the organization of educational youth events
• Excellent organizational skills, also with regards to given deadlines
• Proficiency in writing and communicating in English

Preferred

• Experience in public relations is an asset
• Fundraising experience is an asset
• Knowledge about Kolping Youth Europe and/or their members (including their work and structures) is an asset

PERFORMANCE GOALS

• Complete all tasks on time and in an appropriate quality
• Generate additional funds for Kolping Youth Europe
